Generate Sales & Marketing is based in Northwest Indiana however we can deliver anywhere and provide over the phone or web based sales and consultation services making our area of service National.

Generate was founded by Lisa Fronek-Gapen of Crown Point, IN.  We opened for business in February of 2008 and have had a remarkable first year.  Lisa, and husband Michael, both have lifelong roots in Northwest Indiana.  Michael serves as the office manager for Generate in his “free” time and his title extends to include any areas his help and support may be needed. He is also employed at Mick Gapen State Farm. Lisa is the consulting/sales representative and graphic designer.   Prior to launching Generate, Lisa had been employed as a designer, sales representative, and marketing rep. for several area companies. The desire to  use these skills to grown her own business and to help others grow theirs was the spark that set Generate on fire.

We are proud members the ROI Network of which Lisa is a founder. Lisa serves as Vice President of the ROI Board of Directors and President of the Crown Point branch of the network. Our ability to offer fabulous customer service and high quality make Networking and referrals a terrific way for us to grow our business and also provides a fabulous opportunity to work with our associates within the business community of Northwest Indiana. Company mascot, Quinn, provides the comic relief in the office. Those clients who have met him will certainly accept “my dog ate your presentation” as a likely scenario on the rare occasion that a quote is delayed!
