The Team
Generate was founded by Lisa Fronek-Gapen of Crown Point, IN. We opened for business in February of 2008 and had a remarkable first year. Lisa, and husband Michael, both have lifelong roots in Northwest Indiana. Michael serves as the office manager for Generate in his “free” time and his title extends to include any areas his help and support may be needed. He is also employed at Mick Gapen State Farm. Lisa is the consulting/sales representative and art designer. Prior to launching Generate, Lisa had been employed as a designer, sales representative, and marketing rep. for several area companies. The desire to use these skills to grown her own business and to help others grow theirs was the spark that set Generate on fire.
In September of 2009 we welcomed Colleen Gallagher to out company as an outside sales representative. She has become an extraordinarily valued member of the team and has earned the title of Lead Sales Representative. As we expand, Colleen’s role will grow with us. She gives outstanding care and follow through to her clients and continually exceeds our expectations. For outside sales you can phone her directly 219.947.9449. Colleen lives in Valparaiso with her husband and 2 children and had been actively involved with many charitable organizations over the year. She is very involved with her family and is also an active and hands -on supporter of the sportys and hobbies in which her children participate.
At the start of 2011 we expanded our team to include a second outside sales Rep. when we welcomed Mary Targett to our ranks. Mary is fun, personable, and a fast study! She is quickly learning to ins and outs of Promotional Marketing and Imprint Branding and we’re excited to see where she’ll go. We’re glad top be along for the ride!
Company mascot, Quinn, provides the comic relief in the office. Those clients who have met him will certainly accept “my dog ate your presentation” as a believable excuse on the rare occasion that a quote is delayed!
Also in 2010, we added to our Mascot ranks when Miles joined the team. He and Quinn get along quite well with Quinn being unbelievably tolerant and careful with the little guy.
