We know that many times projects big and small sneak up on us. At Generate we are both capable of and happy to help you out in a bind and produce items quickly and beautifully for your rush projects.
Rush orders usually require added cost in both production and shipping. However, we have a number of suppliers who will work with us to offer free rush service in as little as 24 hours for turn around. We have had excellent results producing high quality products to satisfied customers with great speed. However, rush orders do require not only production to be rushed but also our internal office processes. For this reason, rush orders allow a greater risk for error. Because of this, the following amendments to our standard policy apply to all rush orders:
- We require pre-payment or a credit card put on file for all rush orders.
- Additional shipping costs needed to get the product delivered in time for your event will be passed along to you.
- Because such standard policies as samples, proof approvals, and virtual proofs may need to be eliminated to accommodate the rush, we are not responsible for errors on the final product nor dissatisfaction with the final product quality or imprint.
- We are not responsible for missed dates due to problems with either the supplier or shipping agent that are beyond our control.
As always, one of the benefits of working with us it that we work hard to assure all aspects of your order are handled with attention to detail and a focus on your ultimate satisfaction with the item and the experience. Should we have any difficulties with your rush order we will diligently work with our suppliers, shipping agents, and etc. to rectify issues that may arise. However, as rush orders leave us no time to fix errors on the rare occasion they do occur, the client is responsible for any and all costs of the order when a resolution cannot be gained through suppliers or shippers.
