We just sent this design off to our screen printer. The T’s will be done using a method called discharge screen printing.

The method actually pulls ink out of the shirt prior to adding additional inks for colored areas. The result is a much lighter ink coverage and softer hand or feel to the fabric.

We are having T’s done in a number of different colors to test the outcome as well as using some half tone areas.

It is a  new venture for our screen printer and we want to help them take the technique  for a spin and see what it can do.

We are excited to see how these come out and even more excited about the design possibilities it will present for future projects- possibly one of yours!
